How removal works
- Box the books. Any boxes will do. You do not need to sort them first.
- Send the form. Tell us roughly how many and where they will be.
- We collect. Ordinary jobs go on our route day for your area. Large collections get their own Wednesday trip, and we call you to arrange it.
Why a book specialist instead of a hauler
A junk removal crew treats a box of books as volume to be loaded and disposed of, and the price usually follows the size of the load. We sell books and media for a living, so we look at what we collect rather than dumping it, and removal costs you nothing. If the job is only books, a hauler is the more expensive way to do it.

Books of every kind, including textbooks and ex-library discards, plus DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, cassette tapes, video games, board games and puzzles. We cannot take VHS tapes, mass-market paperbacks, encyclopedia sets, magazines, or anything with mould, water or insect damage. Full accepted list.

How much does book removal cost?
Nothing, for households in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough. Pickups need thirty items or more, and books, DVDs, CDs and games all count. Running fixed routes on set days is what keeps it free.
Do I have to be home?
Not for an ordinary pickup. Leave the boxes somewhere sheltered and tell us where on the form. For a large job we call you first to arrange a time.
Will you take the bookshelves too?
No. We remove books and media, not furniture, so if the shelving needs to go as well, that part is a job for a junk removal company.
Can you work to a moving or closing date?
Yes. Put the date on the form. Large collections get a dedicated Wednesday trip, and deadlines get priority routing.
Do you take DVDs, CDs and games as well?
