This policy covers www.tampabaybookpickup.com, operated by MaxX Multi Media LLC. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, pickup address if you provide one, and whatever you tell us about your books. We collect this because we cannot arrange a pickup without it.
Our forms are processed by Formspree, a third party form service, which delivers your message to our email inbox. Formspree has its own privacy policy governing that transfer.
If website analytics are enabled we may also collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site referred you. We do not use this to identify individuals.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to schedule and complete your pickup, and to keep a record of the job. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
- We do not rent, trade or share it with marketers.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a pickup.
- We do not ask for, or want, financial information. Never send card or bank details through this site.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, an analytics cookie may be set to count visits. Your browser settings can block it, and the site works normally either way.
How long we keep it
Pickup records are kept for as long as we need them for ordinary business and tax purposes. If you would like your details deleted sooner, email help@maxxmultimedia.org and ask. We will do it and confirm.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email help@maxxmultimedia.org or call 813-586-0766.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging book collections. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
